Ingredients

GARNISH

  • 6 to 8 Blue Whale kiwifruits
  • 20 g of butter
  • 2 tablespoon of brown sugar
  • 50g of dry grape 
  • 2 tablespoon of orange marmelade
  • 2 tablespoon of slivered almonds
  • ½ glass of rum

PASTRY

  • 150 g of flour
  • 125 g of almonds in powder
  • 125 g of brown sugar
  • 125 g of soft butter

PREPARATION 

Preheat your oven to 210°C thermostat 7. 
Peel kiwifruits and cut them in cubes. 
Butter a dish going to oven and sprinkle it with 2 tablespoons of brown sugar. 
In a big bowl, put dry grape, ½ glass of rum, add marmelade and mix. 
Include then slivered almonds and kiwifruits. 
Spread everything in the dish. 

PREPARE THE CRUMBLED PASTRY 

In a salad bowl, mix with your fingertips : flour, almonds in powder, brown sugar and soft butter divided in cubes, to make crumbs. 
Put this pastry on garnish. 
Put in the oven and let cook about 30 min.

Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
