Presentation

An old variety, of medium size, Louise Bonne has a thick skin, dotted with small grey dots.

Harvested in October, it is the perfect fruit for compote.

Tasting Notes 

The Louise Bonne has a very sweet fragrance. Its white flesh is very fine and juicy with some tangy notes.
