French variety born in Blue Whale orchards. An apple called rustic.
Presentation
Bicoloured red with yellow background it reminds of Reine des Reinette, an old French variety.
Tasting note
Very tasty, it’s firm and juicy, sweet and slightly tangy. Harvested around mid-September, it has a good preservation.
