Fuji primeur

It’s an early Fuji harvested between end of August and beginning of September. Present on shelves only for 5 weeks. Exclusively produced in the South West of France.

Presentation

Well round, it has a lovely yellowy orangey coloured skin.

Tasting notes

It’s one of the first apple of the season, fresh, juicy and sweet.
