Producer of Apples, Pears and cereals in St Sylvain d'Anjou (49).

Coming from a family of breeders, I fell into arboriculture a bit by chance 30 years ago, and today I grow apples, pears and cereals.

Among other things, I produce the Comice pear.

Its white flesh is very aromatic and its skin is so thin that it is pleasant on the palate.
