My favorite apple variety is the Gala. It is one of the best known varieties of apples and it is my favorite because it is sweet and it is harvested before all the others!

I have been an arborist for almost 15 years. I succeeded my father who himself had taken over from my grandfather so I am the 3rd generation of arborists on the farm.

The cooperative system corresponds to my state of mind. My job is to produce quality fruits, I leave it to the competent people to sell them!
