I love the pear! And more particularly the Angélys® variety, a winter pear which gives off many interesting aromas including a hint of exotic fruits.

As its name suggests, it comes from the Angers region, so it is a pear from my region to which I am attached.

I really believe in this variety, it is interesting to produce and its taste is divine!
