Developed in Japan in 1939 this variety takes its name from the famous mountain revered by the Japanese.
Presentation
With a slightly flattened shape, its skin is yellow dotted with rough freckles.
Tasting notes
Firm, crunchy, juicy fruit.
Scented flavour, sweet and not very acidic.
