INGRÉDIENTS

  • 4 pork chops
  • 6 Blue Whale TC SUN plums
  • 6 tablespoons caramel 8 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Espelette chili pepper
  • 2 tablespoons walnut oil
  • 5 g of butter
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation:

Wash and pit plums. Cut in quarter. Cook them in a saucepan with caramel and butter. Let simmer and caramelize.

In a skillet, cook the pork chops with garlic, Espelette chilli pepper and a little pepper until browning.

At the end of cooking, add caramelized TC SUN plums.

Serve hot with a purée for example, enjoy!
