Preparation time: 55 minutes
- 200 g Pepi Free grape (+ some clusters for presentation)
- 120 g oatmeal cookies
- 30 g melted butter
- 400 g drained cottage cheese
- 200 g cheese spread
- 2 eggs
- 75 g sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon powdered cardamom
Preheat oven to 180°C.
In a bowl, mix oatmeal cookies with melted butter.
Place greaseproof paper in the bottom of the cake pan and butter.
Spread crumbs and gently press down on it, using a glass.
In a large bowl, mix cottage cheese, cheese spread, eggs, sugar and cardamom. Wash and cut in half grapes, add them to the mixture.
Pour the preparation in pan over the crumbs and bake for 40 minutes.
Turn the oven off, and let cake cool at room temperature. Chill in refrigerator during a few hours.
Until serving, decorate cheesecake with remaining Pepi Free grape.
